Il progetto la suddivisione di una villa in Toscana in due sottounità immobiliari e la riorganizzazione degli spazi esterni. Viene innalzata una quinta tra l'edificio e la strada che scherma parzialmente la vista del giardino, ma lascia comunque permeabile l'accesso all'edificio.
Una tettoia lignea viene costruita tutt'attorno all'edificio e su di essa viene installata del membrana per proteggere i patii dalla pioggia, lasciando filtrare la luce.
The project provides the subdivision of a villa in Tuscany into two housing units and the rearrangement. A wall is raised between the house and the street, so that it screens partially the view of the garden, allowing the access to the house.
A wooden canopy is set around the building on wich is installed a film that protects the courtyard from he rain, leaving the light through.
