Il progetto urbanistico ha interessato un’area di circa 31.000 mq di un’area agricola, per la realizzazione di un campo da golf con un percorso a 9 buche. L’impianto sportivo è dotato di una club house con caffetteria e ristorante, spogliatoi e servizi per i giocatori e la sede societaria del golf club. Un’altro edificio ospita il magazzino sacche, il noleggio delle golfcars, il centro benessere e uffici. Un terzo edificio è adibito ad area manutenzione, dove verranno ricoverati i mezzi meccanici e i materiali per la cura del campo da gioco.
The urban project has affected an area of about 31,000 square meters of agricultural area for the construction of a golf course with a 9-hole course. The sport facility has a clubhouse with bar and restaurant, changing rooms and facilities for the players and the corporate headquarters of the golf club. Another building it’s used as bag’s warehouse, cars rental, spa and offices. A third building is used as a maintenance area, where they will be admitted to the mechanical means and materials for the care of the fields.
